What happens if I get passed?
You drop one panel. If the person on rank four overtakes rank three, they swap. Holding a panel means staying ahead of the person behind you.
What actually goes on the car?
Your name or handle, cut in vinyl and applied to the panel you hold. Nothing illegal, nothing hateful, and nothing over a light or a window.
